We are pleased to inform you that the Department of Management Studies, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), will be conducting its Annual National Level Post Graduate Management Fest,Arthayudh 2018- ‘Advivo Discidium’ under the aegis of the Christ University Management Association (CUMA).

Arthayudh stands for “Combat for Wealth” and is a Management Competition that celebrates the gathering of students from different colleges and universities, where their managerial knowledge and skills are put to the test. It aims to provide participants a rostrum to bring out their flair in the area of Management through various competitive events, with the purpose of nurturing well-groomed professionals and holistically developed managers to meet the expectations of this fast-paced world.

The theme for Arthayudh 2018 is “Advivo Discidium” which denotes survival amongst the disruption. The emergence of the new age technology brings in a set of new complexities, challenges and transformation which is beyond human cognition. We live in a state of uncertainty where the paradigms and regulation of management are constantly disrupted and reformed. This calls for a need to adapt to survive. To survive this wave of disruption where transformations are a constant business and otherwise, every firm must be prepared for changes in their conventional practices. Only by adapting to the emerging complexities they can go ahead into the unknown and emerge triumph.
